Injection molding of LSR liquid silica gel

Liquid silicon (silica) gel LSR injection molding is a process for manufacturing tough and durable molded parts under high production conditions. After being processed by purity, liquid silicon (silicone) glue becomes low compression and high stability, and has the ability of resisting extreme high and low temperature. Due to the thermosetting nature of liquid silicon (silicon) glue, special ejection process is needed before it is injected into the preheated mold hole forming and vulcanization. Generally speaking, liquid silicon (silicon) glue is especially suitable for products with high precision. Inserting and ejection molding

Injection molding with inserts is a very efficient manufacturing process. Through this process, the metal stamping parts, mechanical and electrical parts, filter materials, plastic parts and their separation components are carefully placed in the specific position of the mold, and then by thermoplastic molding to combine it with the plastic. Multi-component (or Multi-color) Molding

Polychromatic or multi - material ejection molding is a combination of two or several different colors or different materials by injection molding to form a plastic finished product with a specific function. The so-called "specific function" can be a combination of hard PP and soft TPE, combination of core or epidermis, and combination design of various colors. The mold can move the cavity to the filling position of each component through the way of rotation, sliding or swaying.

Thermosetting (BMC, rubber and bakelite injection molding)

The first procedure of thermosetting injection molding is to put granular (or pellet BMC) raw material into storage bin. The raw material is quickly heated to the predetermined temperature and then pushed to the molding mold after entering the pipe and screw through the natural drop of gravity (or the extrusion group award BMC). The raw material is then pushed into the preheated mold cavity by high pressure injection through the hot rubber channel and finally reached the corner of each mold point, when all the holes are in the mold. After a proper filling is completed, a solid part is completed. Finally the mold is opened for demoulding, although some of the moulds automatically fall into the box at the opening of the mold, but most of them are taken out of the automatic removal device to remove them.

Powder injection molding (CIM, MIM)

Powder injection molding is a kind of manufacturing method for precision parts which are very complex in manufacturing and manufacturing, and need to use fine metal, magnetic rubber, titanium powder or ceramic powder as raw materials. Powder injection molding is especially suitable for making small parts weighing 0.1 to 250 mg. The cross section is usually less than 6.35 centimeters, and the deviation can be controlled within the range of + 0.3% to 0.5%. Powder injection molding can pass complex design concepts through medium temperature, such as carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, low swelling alloy, tool steel, soft magnetic alloy, superalloy, conduction material (such as copper, etc.) and ceramics, etc., through the medium temperature of "it" with wax, PP or PE, color and other adhesives. An injection molding material is made after mixing. The injection molding material is ejected into the injection molding machine. After forming, the finished product is converted to high precision after the process of high temperature sintering and polishing.

Injection stretch blow molding hollow

Injection and drawing hollow injection molding is a one-step process in which injection molding, stretching and blow molding are assembled in one equipment. The two sets of lower die fixed multiple sets are rotated alternately with a rotating disk. Micro Injection Moulding
